“One year ago, my husband filed for divorce. I found myself feeling hurt, lost, and confused. My self-esteem was destroyed, and I wasn't sure who I was, especially without my ex. I was totally codependent on him. I reached out to Alex, and from the initial consultation, I felt that I had found a therapist who got me.
Together, we created a strategy on how to emotionally disconnect from my ex-husband, who also wanted to take 100 percent of everything we built together during our marriage. Alex helped me focus on my strengths rather than dwelling on my weaknesses. She taught me to embrace my imperfections and self-acceptance. It took some time to learn to trust myself and stop the inner critic's voice.
Today, I love my new authentic self and my new life. I am free, content, and at peace with myself. I never thought I could make this change, but now I see that believing in myself was the key. If you are in Florida, call this marriage and family therapist. We worked virtually, and it was a great experience. Alex, I really appreciate your support; you saved me. Thank you.”

"I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the help and support I received from Alex. When we connected at first, I was trapped in an abusive relationship and felt lost and broken. Alex's compassionate approach and insightful advice helped me see the situation clearly and find the strength to leave my partner. The journey wasn't easy, but I never felt alone. Now, I'm in a place where I feel empowered, more confident in myself, and hopeful about my future. I've even started pursuing hobbies that I've always been passionate about but never dared to explore. This transformation wouldn't have been possible without my therapist's help. To anyone struggling with similar issues, seek help; it truly can change your life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"I had the privilege of working alongside therapist Alexandra at the Drug Abuse Foundation while she assisted clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, and depression. The transformation I witnessed in clients was nothing short of remarkable. Alexandra's approach, combining empathy with evidence-based techniques, was truly impressive. She provided the client with tools to recognize and manage anxiety while addressing the underlying codependency that was affecting their relationships. Throughout the process, Alexandra's warmth and professionalism stood out. Her unwavering support and insightful interventions allowed the client to grow more self-reliant and emotionally balanced.”

"After 40 Years in Law Enforcement, I Finally Found Peace—in Therapy.
I never thought I’d need a therapist—therapy was for "other people," not someone from the law enforcement community like me. Yet here I am, writing this review.
I was in government and law enforcement work for over 40 years. I was in a position of some authority, and even though there was just a wee bit of stress involved, there were too many cases to investigate to notice. And, needing a therapist would negatively impact your career, or at least that used to be the thought.
Well, during my 41st year, I developed a physical medical condition that made continuing to work difficult. Along about the same time, an officer I knew committed suicide, and another suffered a debilitating medical condition. Neither will be able to enjoy even one day of retirement. WTF
So, in panic mode and not caring anymore about what other people thought, I began calling around, and Alex was one of the therapists who returned my phone call. I took a chance with her because trusting people outside the law enforcement community is not my strong suit. I am over a year into therapy, and no, my medical condition is still the same. I have tried to quit on her twice, and I have been so angry with her on more than one occasion. But I am sitting here on my porch, and it is 9:00 o’clock at night, and I have not been this peaceful in a very long time. Unfortunately or fortunately, I still have more to process, but I believe now that it is possible.
So, those of you who know what I am talking about, please get the help you need. It is (a) nobody in the chain of command’s business that needs to know and (b) these law enforcement jobs need to be dealt with while we are doing them and not after the damage has been done.
